Owen M. Spears, age 50, formerly of Broken Bow, died August 1, 2025, at the Great Plains Health Center in North Platte.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, August 8, 2025, at 11:00 AM at Govier Brothers Mortuary in Broken Bow. A visitation will be held on Thursday, August 7, from 9 AM to 7 PM, with family greeting friends from 5-7 PM at Govier Brothers. Memorials are suggested to the family. The burial will be in the Mason City Cemetery.
