Lane Roy McMullen

Lane Roy McMullen, born February 27, 2026, passed peacefully on February 28, 2026.

Though his time on earth was brief, Lane’s life carried a depth of meaning that will forever be felt by those who love him. Lane’s journey, though short, will never be forgotten—"He walked so Miles could run”, carrying a piece of Lane with him always.

Lane was deeply loved and will be forever remembered by his parents, Logan and Allycia McMullen; his siblings, Landen, Aleia, and Miles; his grandparents, Herb and Shirley McMullen, and Walt and Rhonda Myers; and his great-grandparents, Perry and Carol Myers; as well as his many aunts, uncles, great-aunts, great-uncles, and cousins who will cherish his memory always.

He now rests in the arms of Jesus and welcomed into eternal peace by those who went before him, including his great-grandparents Gene and Waunita Axtell, Art and Mary McMullen, and Merritt and Erma Winchester.

Though we did not get the lifetime we had hoped for with Lane, he filled every moment with love, hope, and purpose. He reminds us how precious life is and how strong even the smallest among us can be. His memory will live on in the hearts of his family, in the bond he shares with his twin brother, and in the quiet strength he showed during his time here.

Forever loved. Forever missed. Forever our little warrior.
