Jesse Carl Sanchez

Jesse Carl Sanchez entered into rest on August 11, 2026, at his residence in Burwell, Nebraska. He was born at home (Everett’s Place) north of Stephenville, TX on December 10, 1961, to Francisco Sr. and Maria (Flores) Sanchez. As a child Jesse was involved in Youth Baseball, Boy Scouts, he loved music and playing the guitar. He served as an Altar Boy for St. Brendan's Catholic Church in Stephenville, TX. He served in the Army National Guard for a short time and completed his basic training at Ft. Knox, KY.
Jesse did construction and roofing for several years in and around the central Texas area. He met his wife, Kimberli Stine, while doing some remodeling next door to her office. They were married on September 30, 1995, in Loup County Nebraska. As a couple, they lived in Texas, Oklahoma, Nebraska and back to Texas where Jesse continued to work construction and complete home projects.
In recent years, they moved back to Nebraska to be closer to her family for retirement.
Jesse loved the outdoors, target shooting with his guns, making woodworking projects and watching baseball and football. He loved driving around on his ATV and supervising all projects.
He is survived by his wife, Kimberli Stine, Burwell, NE. Brothers: Tommy Sanchez, of Stephenville, TX, Pete Sanchez and wife Teresa of Stephenville, TX, Dan Sanchez of Stephenville, TX, Frank Sanchez Jr. of Dublin, TX, Matt Sanchez and wife Debbie of Lindale, TX, David Sanchez of Stephenville, TX, Andy Sanchez of Stephenville, TX. Sisters: Margarita Jackson and husband Washington of Flint, MI, Pauline Blackwell of Stephenville, TX, Maria Schaefer and husband John of Mexia, TX. Jesse has many nieces and nephews that have been an important part of his life.
Jesse is preceded in death by his parents, Francisco Sr. and Maria Benecia Sanchez and an older brother, Reynaldo Sanchez.
Graveside services (Celebration of Life) will be at 11 am on December 19, 2026, at the Stephenville West End Cemetery.
