Fletcher Ray Weich

Fletcher Ray Weich was born silent on Sunday, December 21, 2025, at Memorial Community Hospital & Health System in Blair, NE. Fletcher was deeply treasured and longed-for first-born son of Randy and Peggy Weich.

We spent so many months preparing for his arrival, and we were so excited when the day finally arrived. Our family was not prepared to lose our precious baby so soon, but we are eternally grateful for this beautiful soul that we will see again in heaven.

Fletcher is survived by his loving family, his parents Randy and Peggy, his paternal grandparents Neal and Mary (Shada) Weich, and maternal grandparents Gary and Beverly Deaver, numerous aunts and uncles, cousins and extended family members.

Graveside services will be held at the Ansley Cemetery on January 31st at 2pm. Reception to follow at the Ansley Christian Church. In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the family.
