Merna, NE – Richard "Dick" Eugene Downey age 86 of Merna, NE passed away on June 28, 2026, at the Brookestone View in Broken Bow.
Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, July 7, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the St. Anselm’s Catholic Church in Anselmo, NE. Burial will follow in the Dale Catholic Cemetery. A rosary will be held on Monday, July 6th, at 6:00 PM at the St. Anselm’s Catholic Church in Anselmo. Online words of remembrance or condolences may be left at www.govierbrothers.com
