Julie Ann Phelps age 52 of Anselmo died January 19, 2011 at the Jennie Melham Medical Center in Broken Bow. Memorial services will be held Monday January 24, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. at Govier Brothers Chapel in Broken Bow with Minister Kathy Salts officiating. Visitation will be held Sunday from 1:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at Govier Brothers with the family greeting friends from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. Inurnment will be at the Grandview Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to the family.
